What we collect
When you complete a form or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, property postcode, details about your property, and anything you include in your message.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare your free income assessment and discuss our services with you. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
We will only send marketing emails if you agree, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
Our website, email and form providers, who process data on our behalf. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an agreement are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as required by law, usually 6 years after the agreement ends.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Email us and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
